RETURN POLICY

Any item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of customer receipt, providing it is in original sale condition with tags attached. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, where available. Any refund is equal to the purchase price plus tax but excludes shipping fees. We ask that you pay shipping costs to return an item, and in the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item out to you free of charge. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received. Refunds are issued to the original credit card account provided within 5 – 7 business days of FERD receiving the returned item.

Items must be received by us within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. For your protection please return your merchandise by an insured and tracked method. Ferd is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please report any items which have arrived to you damaged within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement for you.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 24-48 hours (we try for same day) excluding weekends and holidays. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require further information from you to complete your order, we will get in touch promptly via email.
We ship in the USA.

All shipments will be issued a tracking number via UPS. This will be emailed directly to you once your package ships.

PRIVACY

We take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to communicate directly with you, or as required to fulfill your order.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, we use your email address to send you our newsletters. Every communication provides the option to opt out of future correspondence from us, if you wish to do so.
Your order is processed through Authorize.net, and therefore we do not collect or store any financial information. In Authorize.net you will be required to provide your name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, card verification number, address, phone number and email address. Your payment information and shipping address are saved in your Authorize.net account to make future purchases more convenient and secure. Your account information is stored on Authorize.net secure servers. Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

To fulfill your order Ferd will have access to your address and email. We will use this information to communicate with you about your order, and share your information to third parties (shipping companies) only in relation to servicing you. They are permitted to use your information for the sole purpose of performing their functions to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you.
